How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Rafa account, please fill out the form below with your registered email address and the reason for deletion. Our team will process your request within 7-10 business days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your profile and personal information

• Account credentials and authentication data

• memberships and connections

• Important Notice

Some data may be retained for legal compliance, security purposes, or business operations as required by law. This includes transaction records, audit logs, and data necessary for ongoing legal obligations. All retained data will be anonymized where possible.
