This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, username, password, Images of License (to verify user), date of birth (to verify eligibility), and profile details when you create an account.
To help protect your account and prevent unauthorized access, we use SMS-based verification during registration and certain account activities. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive one-time passcodes (OTPs) via SMS solely for identity verification and account security purposes. We do not use these verification messages for marketing, and your phone number is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

User Content: Text, images, videos, groups, descriptions, event details, posts, comments, and other materials you upload or share.

Communications: Messages, support inquiries, or feedback you send to us.

Device and usage data: Device type, operating system, IP address, app version, unique device identifiers, and usage statistics (e.g., features used, time spent, interactions).

We do not, AND WILL NEVER sell personal information in the traditional sense, but certain sharing for advertising may be considered “sharing” under laws like CCPA.

4. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, though copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

Rafa Media LLC is fully committed to protecting children and preventing any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Explicit Prohibition
Rafa Media LLC strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in our apps, services, websites, and all associated platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors (anyone under 18 years of age).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any other behavior intended to harm or exploit children.
• Any content or activity that could endanger the safety of children.
All users, developers, partners, and third parties interacting with our services are required to comply with this policy. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and cooperation with law enforcement as required by law.

8. International Users If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
