This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions Agreement.

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive one-time passcodes (OTPs) via SMS solely for identity verification and account security purposes. We do not use these verification messages for marketing, and your phone number is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Rafa Media LLC is fully committed to protecting children and preventing any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Explicit Prohibition
Rafa Media LLC strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in our apps, services, websites, and all associated platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors (anyone under 18 years of age).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any other behavior intended to harm or exploit children.
• Any content or activity that could endanger the safety of children.
All users, developers, partners, and third parties interacting with our services are required to comply with this policy. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and cooperation with law enforcement as required by law.

We respond to all credible reports as quickly as possible and will take appropriate action, including removal of content, account bans, and, where required, notification to appropriate authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
We regularly review and update our safety measures to ensure ongoing compliance with Google’s and Apple’s policies and applicable laws. This page is globally accessible and forms part of our published safety standards.

8. International Users If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
